The 67th Annual AAA/CAA Eastern Conference meeting will be held March 17-20, 2019 at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida.

Our Welcome Reception sponsored by American Direct Marketing Resources is on Sunday, March 17th providing a fantastic kick off the conference.  You won’t want to miss our insightful keynote speakers sponsored by Bank of America, Specialized Security Services and The Ross Group/Memberz Plus.  Business sessions will conclude at mid-day on both Monday and Tuesday.

The Chairman’s Cup Golf Tournament, on the Breaker’s Ocean Course, will be sponsored again by the Jennings Family of National Mail/Marketing and will take place on Monday afternoon.

This year we have changed our Tuesday evening Gala to a cocktail party, sponsored by Allianz Global Assistance. This format will give you more time to network with partners and delegates.

Our theme this year is “Leading Through Innovation” . The program will offer insights into trends and technology to help grow our business. Board members and senior executives will benefit from the morning business sessions including an update by AAA President/CEO Marshall Doney and a best practice session focused on innovations from across the federation.  You won’t want to miss it! Spouses and partners are welcome to attend all events.

Registration fee: $500.00 per attendee


Room rates start at $540.00 per night, single or double, plus state and local room tax of 11%.  Conference rates are valid from March 15th through March 21st   Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., checkout, 12:00 noon.  Room gratuities are not added to the bill and are at the discretion of the guest.  Overnight valet parking is $30.00 per vehicle, per night.  Beach Bungalows are available at a discounted rate.  Upgraded accommodations are subject to availability at The Breakers.  Book your reservation now to make sure you get the room of your choice.

The Chairman's Cup tournament is a 4 person scramble format. includes a boxed lunch, cart and on course refreshments. Tournament entry fee is $195 and club rentals are available for $100 per person. Tournament fees will be charged to your room during the conference.
