67TH ANNUAL MEETING • AAA/CAA/GMA EASTERN CONFERENCE • MARCH 17-20, 2019 • THE BREAKERS, PALM BEACH

We've made some exciting changes to our format and are looking forward to an incredible conference in 2019!

The 67th Annual AAA/CAA Eastern Conference meeting will be held March 17-20, 2019 at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida.

Our Welcome Reception sponsored by American Direct Marketing Resources is on Sunday, March 17th providing a fantastic kick off the conference.  You won’t want to miss our insightful keynote speakers sponsored by Bank of America, Specialized Security Services and The Ross Group/Memberz Plus.  Business sessions will conclude at mid-day on both Monday and Tuesday.

The Chairman’s Cup Golf Tournament, on the Breaker’s Ocean Course, will be sponsored again by the Jennings Family of National Mail/Marketing and will take place on Monday afternoon.

This year we have changed our Tuesday evening Gala to a cocktail party, sponsored by Allianz Global Assistance. This format will give you more time to network with delegates and decision makers.

You’ll also have time to enjoy the many fine restaurants at the Breakers and in the Palm Beach area!

We have made some exciting changes for the coming year:

  • All partner packages include 1 deluxe room for 3 nights at The Breakers. Additional attendee in a shared room is $995.00
  • This year we will hold meetings between our partners and Club leadership during Tuesday’s breakfast hours, instead of our trade show.
  • Enjoy numerous opportunities to network with AAA/CAA Club’s key decision makers. Both CEOs as well as Senior Club Executives will attend the 2019 conference.
  • In addition, this year’s AAA/CAA Eastern Conference will be run in conjunction with the GMA conference – gaining you access to the leadership of international clubs.

The Chairman's Cup tournament is a 4 person scramble format. includes a boxed lunch, cart and on course refreshments. Tournament entry fee is $195 and club rentals are available for $100 per person. Tournament fees will be charged to your room during the conference.

Total: $
