The city is full of charming shops and boutiques to explore or you could simply enjoy the natural beauty of the area while watching paragliders land in the Hohematte.

Day 2: Interlaken > Gstaad

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel this morning before beginning your excursion to the upscale resort town of Gstaad. Its soaring mountains and prestigious hotels have long made it a holiday destination for royalty and celebrities. Given its international reputation and famous clientele, it may surprise you to learn that Gstaad is still a working village – home to 200 farms, 7,000 cows and a population of more than 9,000 people – but that’s undoubtedly part of its charm and success. A fun optional activity for your time in this area is the Fondueland experience ‐ a DIY backpack kit with either a traditional thick cheese fondue or a particularly flavorful truffle fondue made by the local dairies, including crusty fondue bread supplied by the local bakeries, spices, fondue pot, warmer, plates and forks. And, with a variety of locations, you can enjoy this traditional experience in some of the most beautiful parts of the Bernese Oberland.

Day 3: Interlaken

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel then enjoy the day at leisure. Whether you choose a relaxing day on the lake, an excursion to the cultural Open‐Air Museum Ballenberg near Brienz or visit Interlaken’s house mountain, Harder Kulm, with the best views of the town and lakes beneath ‐ there are excursions to meet a variety of interests. For a real insider’s perspective on Interlaken, join the included walking tour provided by Interlaken tourism. A short drive will bring you to the charming town of Adelboden and we recommend that you visit Blausee for stunning views and a wander through the nature center.
